Cancellation & Refund

The cancellation of the payment and/or the refund of the payment is processed as follows:

 

Cancellation of the payment by you

If you don’t agree to certain terms and conditions in your purchase, you can cancel it any time within 60 days of your initial payment. To initiate a cancellation, you need to write an application us stating the reason for cancelling the purchase. Depending on when you have applied for cancellation your request will be processed. The period of cancellation will be considered as the time when the we receives the written request.

 

Cancellation Beyond 60 days of the purchase

If you apply for cancellation of the purchase beyond the 60 days period then the purchase cancellation will be processed as per the management decision. Also, the management has the rights not to refund the payment had been made. 

 

Refund of the Payment

If the payment that you pay is collected directly by the us. If you claim for a refund because of an incorrect transaction or purchase cancellation, you will get an amount as per the company’s policy. The refunded amount will be given to you in the form of a cheque or direct transfer, as per the company’s policy.

If the payment that you pay is collected via third party like payment gateway to us. If you claim for a refund because of an incorrect transaction or purchase cancellation, you will get an amount as per the payment gateway company’s policy.
